Electrical Project Manager – Eskilstuna

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Sweden. The
successful candidate will play a critical role in managing technical processes, interfacing with client
appointed vendors, and ensuring project delivery aligns with client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a confident technical and process lead, serving as the key interface with client-appointed
  vendors.
• Discuss and escalate Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) items with the client and relevant stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Manage the OFCI team to ensure engineering, planning, and installation align with project
  requirements.
• Support engineering, programming, and commissioning requirements through effective liaison with key project stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendors’ equipment with construction requirements and project timelines.
• Lead weekly meetings with the client, OFCI vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Report on the progress of OFCI packages.
• Escalate issues and risks for mitigation.
• Mitigate contract disputes and provide oversight, guidance, and technical expertise.
• Ensure client security and confidentiality are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience working with a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Contractor.
• Qualified Electrical Engineer.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in the use of engineering-related systems software.
• Experience working on large-scale projects is essential.
