About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team in Vienna. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of company and project-specific quality systems. Your responsibilities will include overseeing procedures such as Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), inspection documentation, site inspections, benchmarking, and managing non-conformances, ensuring that all relevant documentation aligns with company policy and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure client satisfaction by liaising with clients on quality-related issues and promoting quality awareness at the site level.
• Provide quality advice and support to project teams during the development of Quality Management Plans.
• Conduct quality-related training for employees.
• Identify and mitigate quality site risks that the company may face.
• Fulfill any other reasonable requests from management.
• Uphold company core values in all actions and behaviors.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject.
• Practitioner member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), with a commitment to achieve chartered status within 2 years.
• Certification as an Internal Auditor.
• Experience in process design and quality technique applications.
• Competence in training quality-related subjects.
• Lead Auditor certification (IRCA certified course).
• Working knowledge of quality standards, techniques, contract law, and commercial practices.
