About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Groningen. As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing various construction projects. You will oversee the building work, conduct site surveys, and ensure that projects meet the agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing parts of construction projects and ensuring smooth execution.
- Overseeing building work and conducting site surveys to maintain project integrity.
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities to optimize project flow.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, including quantity surveyors and project managers.
- Providing technical advice and solving on-site problems to maintain project progression.
- Preparing site reports and handling necessary paperwork efficiently.
- Collaborating with quantity surveyors on material orders and price negotiations.
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sustainability policies and legislation.
- Developing CAD/design drawings for clients and asset owners.
- Undertaking other reasonable tasks as required by management.

- Valid CSCS card.
- Membership in a professional institution.
